Sorry, I know that this is off-topic, but this is the closest thing I can think of to it.
Does anybody know who wrote/performed the music for the show "Fantasmic!" at Disneyland?

The music for Fantasmic! was written by Disneyland musical veteran Bruce Healy, and the lyrics were written by Healy and show designer/runner Barnette Ricci. Other music from the specific movies was written by the original composers for those films, and then re-arranged by Healy for use in the show. So in essence, he really did nearly all the work on the musical end himself.
Barnette Ricci was also of critical importance to the overal musical selection, as it was she who chose what movies to incorporate. Fantasmic! fans owe the visual end of the show to her imagination.
As far as individual performers on the soundtrack, though, that unfortunately isn't common knowlege. I would imagine to find that out, you would need to know someone at the Mouse House or look in the Disney records.
