Question on a movie.

Okay...I have a question and it really doesnt have anything to do with Fantasia except it kind of reminds me of it...There was this old movie that I used to watch when I was a little kid and I dont remember much about it. The main character was a little boy I think and he played some sort of instrument (like a violin or something maybe) and there wasnt much if any talking throughout the movie. I also remember a big garden and some fairies?? LoL. I cant remember anything else except for that it was a cartoon and there was a scene (I think) where he is sitting beside a fountain beside a big building (a school???) and a girl comes up to him and he drops some music sheets or something and thats all I can remember. So if anyone can help I would really appreciate it. Thanks!!!
