Looking for a picture

I used to see this on the internet but now I can't find it. If someone could post it, that would be great. It has many Disney characters gathered around a cake and at least 3 characters from Fantasia 2000 (the baby whale, the flamingo and the Spring Sprite) are featured as are Roger and Jessica Rabbit, Gurgi from the Black Cauldron, and Elliot from Pete's Dragon. Could someone send me an actual link to that image? I would very much appreciated it.
