Why aren't "Fantasia" segments done more often? Not necessarily a feature film, but little skits. They're probably easier to make than ordinary cartoons, since you don't need to hire composers or voice actors. Haydn' Surprise, Beethoven's Ninth, and several song by Mozart are just screaming to have a Fantasia! And these songs aren't owned by anyone, so Disney doesn't have a monopoly. Anyone could make such a film, as long as they didn't use the title Fantasia.

Theoretically, any YouTube expert could make a Fantasia!
