The movie connections for the film "Fargo" list "Wrongfully Accused" as one of the films which spoofs the film. For those who have seen this, can anyone tell me what that spoof or reference is exactly?

When they're in the fishermen's shop, the owner is talking with the same accent as people talk in Fargo.

Also the whole story takes place in Minnesota which I always though is part of this Fargo spoof.
