That's one of the most annoying and offensive shows I've ever heard.
Pre-teen boy zingers meant to sound like intelligent wit.
"Wild Wild West" was made because there was a market for it, and it was also designed as a social tool to help a segment of the American population feel good about themselves, and cashed in on it.
It was a crap film from beginning to end, and I wish more than just Will Smith would apologize for it.
But the movie was made, and what's done is done.
Maybe next time we can remake "Good Times" about an all Swedish family living in the Chicago projects with black neighbors, punks, easy-cradle rip-offs, scratching and surviving...blah blah blah.
Maybe next time they can remake all of the Sean Connery Bond films with an all black cast...even the Nazis and Russian operatives. Blofeld will be a black ex-Nazi wearing a grey suit with a black cat.
Anybody think that's a good idea.
I really don't care what race anyone is, but at some point you have to let history be what it is, and stop trying to social engineer society with inane and insulting flicks.
