A little help please!

It’s quite a long time I saw this film. Recently, I watched to a film preview (the TV is going to play it again) and there were some sex scenes between Lombardo (Matt Dillon) and the girls, sort of small orgy, I cannot really recall. On the contrary, from what I can remember, Lombardo refused any contact of that sort to Kelly (Denise Richards) and that is why she defamed him. Was the preview wrong, or my memory?
