What's the name of the operatic song playing when we first see the people-pies cooling by the window? It continues through the dinner scene as Titus's guests feast on the pies "wheron their mother daintily hath fed."

This is probably the best adaptation of Shakespeare ever, and this music just makes the scene all the more perfect. What is it?

To many the song symbolizes the end of the war. That would make it somewhat disturbing in this context.
