Buckle your *beep* chinstraps already..
No one in the military ever has them all dangling let alone EVERY *beep* PERSON.
And good God this movie is lame. It's like a painted portrait of Campbell's soup can and someone is calling it art.
Not sure of which military you speak but when I was in the Army there were only certain times when helmet chin straps were buckled (rappelling, jumping out of planes, etc.) One of the reasons why you don't buckle them is that if you step on a mine the force of the blast will come up under the helmet and possibly take your head off.
