I apologise

I watched this the last 2 nights and I really enjoyed it. Great action, very profound, great atmosphere - sound track.

Certainly warrants another viewing in a single sitting.

Whilst I was watching it I knew I had seen some of it before, the assault on the hill, the victory over the bunker, the top of the hill and the dead forest were all familiar, but the ending with the natives, and the river scene and his capture I had totally forgotten.


When I came to rate it on Imdb I found I had previously rated it 1/10. I can't believe I did that. I fixed it now to 8/10, it might be worth more on a second(third) viewing.

I am wondering if I confused it with a Nicholas Cage film. Was there a war film with Nicholas Cage assaulting a hill with long grass?
