How Did Eve Escape from Compound?
If she had some device implanted in her brain & would go off if she escaped the premises? She did manage to escape (and survived numerous gunshots from guards) and ran off searching for Patrick.
shareEve unexpectedly broke through the glass. The scientist assistant who was in charge of pushing the red button to activate the implanted explosive in Eve's head was not near the button. As soon as Eve broke the glass, she ran (in slow mo, ha ha) to the button and socked the assistant in the face so that the assistant couldn't push it first. Then Eve destroyed the button so that no one could push it.
That's how Eve escaped and got to fornicate with Patrick!
