Which Curb episode?

Does anyone remember the episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm is which Larry reluctantly lends someone the video of Sour Grapes to watch?

reply

Not sure if this is what you're talking about... but in the "AAMCO" episode in the first season, Cheryl had loaned the video to a friend of hers and her friend commented that the film was the perfect length, and that she liked the expressions on some of the actors' faces. I've been in situations where I've struggled to come up with compliments, but that's truly something.

That's the one. Thanks!

Also in Curb for "Season 1, Episode 9: Affirmative Action" Larry runs into a woman that applied for a job making the movie. The woman thinks that she didn't get the job because she was black.

Also in the episode "Affirmative Action," that same woman said it might have been a blessing in disguise that she didn't get the job. I can only guess that was a shot at the movie being bad, LOL.

I thought it was episode 7 from season 1?

In the first season at Larry's office, there is a Sour Grapes poster above his secretaries desk.

"In the first season at Larry's office, there is a Sour Grapes poster above his secretaries desk. "

"Secretaries desk"? Is that a special kind of desk?

I think you meant to say "secretary's desk". Secretaries is plural, meaning multiple secretaries instead of just one. Larry only had one secretary at a time - but even if he had had many, I think the proper way to refer to a desk of many secretaries would be something like "secretaries' desk".
