How did the bloody money end up on the floor of the media room? I never got that bit.

shareI beleive Cage tucks it in his inside pocket when the bookie refuses it at the beginning for his bet, in the media room scene Cage takes out his cigarettes from his inside pocket, and I think the bill must come out with his cigarettes without him noticing and fall on the floor.
