Why is this on so many people's favorite films list???

I have heard so many people say this is one of their favorite films, regular folks and celebrities alike. For myself, it's all I can do to finish watching it. Love Spacey, love Dench, love Moore and Blanchett, but don't (yet?) love this movie. I have 28 minutes left, so I guess I'll stick it out.

Why do so many people feel the need to give a running commentary while they are watching a movie? I don't get it.

Watch the movie, think about it and then tell everyone what you feel. You can't concentrate on the movie if you're composing a post.

Me neither... 

For me, I just adore this movie and can relate on so many aspects and emotions there...
