I'm not American or English so when watching movies i don't get every joke,which irritates me

Scott says it's not frat it's fraternity,you don't want to call your country a______
And then Daril says Not since the Bush is...

What is all this suposed to mean????

Well we can't type what would have been said in that blank space. So I will try and explain this. Frat is short for fraternity so the blank space above is a shortened word for country. I don't know where you live but the 4 letter word in this case is quite offensive here in the U.S. towards women specifically.

Also he responds with "Not since the Bush years" I believe.

ROFL I didn't gei it either, I was thinkg of the USA, it didn't occur to me it is about "country"... Thanks for explaining, it makes perfect sense now.
