What was with the vagina scene?

it seemed kind of random when she fell to the floor exposing her vagina. Was it meant to be seen or was it a mistake? If it wasn't meant to be shown, wouldn't she be wearing a patch or something?

Milla has nude/semi-nude scenes in pretty much all of her films haha. She wanted the ending cherry coated with a quick glimpse of her cooch.
