What did Hearst have on Disney I couldn't hear that part well, and after research I couldn't find anything...anyone know???

Disney was in J. Edgar Hoover's hip pocket.. Disney was Hoover's puppet. I'm not too sure what the whole story is behind that...

The shot at Disney was the obligatory shot at the right by TimeWarner/HBO, which is very tedious.

Being in Hoover's pocket also explains the WW2 Propaganda films Disney produced, which he didn't want to do in the first place.

If you're interested there is a book, albeit not always factual, that does detail Disney's relationship with the FBI. Hoover asked Disney to clandestinely report anyone in Hollywood who may be a potential communist and Disney did so, the extent of which will never be known as any files that Hoover had on Disney were destroyed after Hoover's death.
