This movie had the polish of a Disney feature animation.

This movie had the polish of a Disney feature animation. It looks like former Disney animators had a hand in it. It probably would have cleaned up at the box office if it was released as a Disney production but, since it was a Warner Brother's release, it did not have the same box office draw.

I saw it for the second time, since 1999, when I rented it on VHS to view it for the time. It looks much better on DVD and Internet stream than it did on VHS.

It was an impressive effort in traditional animation with some 3D computer assistance. That is what made it look so much like a Disney production.

I first learned about Quest For Camelot when I got a Wendy's Kids Meal that had Quest For Camelot toys and then I found out that it was a new movie coming out and when I saw it with my mom I could not get over how much Kayley and I had in common because like me Kayley was tough and determined and was never afraid to let anything get in her way and when Kayley learned that her father passed away she was determined to fill his shoes and honor his memory as she sings On My Father's Wings which Andrea Corr sang beautifully and Andrea Corr was the perfect singing voice for Kayley and I was inspired to buy a album of The Corrs to hear more of Andrea's singing talent. Garrett was a handsome guy and was also very tough and I thought the beginning of a crush was starting when Kayley and Garrett first met when he rescued her but when Kayley saved Garrett's life the love blossomed and you could tell that Kayley would become Garrett's crush throughout the movie. My only problem with the movie is while Cary Elwes was fabulous as Garrett's speaking voice why was country singer Bryan White chosen to be Garrett's singing voice? When Garrett sang I Stand Alone and the duet with Kayley I found Garrett's singing voice to be whiny and they should've had a British singer sing Garrett's singing voice to match Cary Elwes voice. But all and all it's a great movie and Leann Rimes's superb version of Looking Through Your Eyes is great as well
