It's always better 3 times. I know many would say it's a sexist thing, but I'm like "ehhh"? With the amount of times, I hear women can say to their girlfriends or to the guy, "Helllllloooooooo!!!!!" I think they can let this slide. It's not like dropping a f-bomb or using foul language for someone's private parts.
