Warren Beatty conspiracy

So a friend pointed out to me that at the end of this movie the two internal affairs officers Holland and Vanowen are not listed in the credits, I did some google research and I can't find anything, one of them looks eerily like Warren Beatty and the more I look the more it seems like a cover up, any help on the actors real names would be greatly appreciated?
