Lisa Kudrow deserved the Oscar

She should've been nominated that year. She's just an amazing actress. I know se will get a nomination one day.

well, i don't consider the oscars to be very credible as they have given oscars to many non-deserving people e.g. all the titanic awards, gwyneth paltrow for shakespeare in love.....

but lisa's awesome!

Lisa Kudrow is one of the best actresses ever! Her character in every movie is always lovable and she captures them perfectly making them more lovable! I can't believe no one ever recognizes just how great she is! She is especially hysterical in this film and Friends. I LOVE HER!

I agree but Christina deserved it more.

Are you f!cking kidding me? She was even more annoying and obnoxious in this one than her Friends character.

Kudrow has always been the stand out in this film, I re-watched it lately and she totally just blows me away!!! So, yes, she should have DEFINITELY been at least nominated for this (Best Supporting Actress), as well as Don Roos for Best Original Screenplay - It's a brilliant film!! Ricci is excellent too, of course, so she probably should have been nominated too (Best Actress)!

She was quite good in this.

I don't have much respect for the Oscars, they almost always pick stupid choices that time proves to be wrong - but I just re-watched this yesterday and thought the same thing - her performance was way better than many Oscar winners. It's her best work (though comedy isn't as easy as people think, all of the Friends cast are excellent comic actors).

Christina Ricci would deserve a win for this too - but what I really want is this movie to get a higher iMDB rating than 6.5! It's at least a 7.5 movie.

Kylo Ren is one of the weakest force users we've seen. That's a fact.

Not sure about the Oscar but I did like Lisa Kudrow in this film. I appreciate I'm late to the game but this is the only thing I've seen her in since Friends (NB I didn't actually watch Friends but it was always bloody on in our house and I seem to have osmotically absorbed it) and she's really good. Perhaps even the best thing in this odd little film.
