to the guys always snorting and sniffing their fingers? Also, the whole game of doing hand signs in the car? I know these things are from the original skits that they carried into the film, but I never understood what they were doing.

The finger snorting was imitating doing cocaine.

The hand signals was their attempt at choreographed dancing, practicing in the car, but they don't havevthe guts to do in the club.
