A 9 out of 10 to me.

I agree. I actually finally ended up buying a copy on DVD and couldn't help but realize what a thoroughly well-made and entertaining film it is. Jackson and Spacey are great in the leads and all the supporting players are casted very well.

It helps that both Jackson and Spacey were at their peak of their careers, it's a great movie, if a little far fetched.

Agreed. Always liked the movie a lot and it's widely unrecognized as a fantastic 90s action/drama!
