Does anyone else think this movie is slightly underrated?

My girlfriend and I lost it when after Rappaport went nuts in the wrestling ring, the detective said,
"Until we get this guy, the only one safe in this town...is Gumby." (or something to that effect; its been a while since I've seen it)

i agree, this movie is vastly underrated. i haven't seen it in a long time but remember laughing out loud, by myself, several times. the whole fat elvis thing did it for me.
there is one quote that i loved. when rappaport is arguing with his dad about medicine versus chiropractic methods and his dad says, "drugs, son...drugs help people."
I bought this movie from a rental store a couple months ago, it is vastly underrated, but very quirky, wish it ended a little better though. as for the quotes, I remember the one guy screaming "Un-tie My Arms" very funny.
