What a poor song to end a beautiful film on

What the hell were they thinking ending with that bland male voiced pop song?

Apart from a couple of missteps with the music, and a slightly underdeveloped villain, this is a true Disney classic.

I'm going to need some help here, but what was the song? I don't remember the song the movie ended on. I thought it would be the Christina Aguilera version of Reflection.

"True to Your Heart" by 98° and Stevie Wonder

Thanks.

Hah, I just looked it up on Youtube and it brings back memories. I don't know - it has an affectionate cheesiness that is kind of catchy, and I don't think the kids leaving the theater would mind this song. Plus, Stevie Wonder approves

I enjoyed the song and still do. I can understand '90s pop music feeling out of place in a Chinese setting, but the message of the song connects the film's theme of being yourself. It was a good song in my opinion.
