Major League Baseball would never sanction either of the two games between the Buzz and the Twins. A major league season is 162 games and while there are off days these are used for rest so that a team can play 162 games. I just can't see the MLB allowing it.

I used to work for the toledo mudhens in the 90's and we had a tiger-mudhen exhibition game every year. they would allow this i'm sure.

Probably the the problem is that it was during the season, not in preseason.
I'm pretty sure that CGI frisbee sliders being called curveballs are frowned upon in the majors as well, and left fielders in front of green screens.
