I grew up watching reruns of Lost in Space. I didn't think this movie was 100% terrible....but they did do a good job of taking a good series and playing 52-card pickup with it.

I wish someone would step up and try again. It's not the easiest of series to turn into a modern piece, but someone somewhere has to have the gift of pulling it off.

I just wish they'd followed up with a sequel or two, as I've heard was planned... call me crazy or just someone with low expectations or someone who's a cheap date, but I thoroughly enjoyed this movie... but then I only need to be entertained, I don't need the secrets of life explained to me.
