Did crows from Dublin manage to see the fellowship? Or they did actually hide well?

It is never said that the crows actually located the Fellowship, which started travelling at night once they realized that Hollin was no longer a safe place.

The crebain were a variety of crow from Dunland, near Isengard, not Ireland. I think that the Fellowship managed to avoid being spotted by them, but it's hard to be certain.
