Don't get it

In the club scene where they all start dancing. How did she know all the dance moves in the middle of the club?

reply

It was a drug induced hallucination. She took some pills earlier. She was probably spazing around in the corner and just imagining the rest.

That was my interpretation also. There's a young girl in that scene, a ringer for a much younger, less troubled Judith. I rather thought she was watching the girl, and thinking about a time when she herself knew all the moves, knew what to say and how to get what the reaction she wanted. Perhaps Liz brought her there to remind her that you can't go back again - and even if you could, it probably wasn't as golden as all that.

Good point Ninac,

Although you could say that about every musical under the sun.
For musicals, you probably find yourself thinking:
(Hey, where is that music coming from?)
(How does she know when to join in the chorus?)
(Where did those fancy dance steps come from,
and how did she know how to follow along?)
