Just to set the record straight - IMDB made a mistake and linked another actor also named Chris Papadopoulos to the child actor with the same name who played Boy #3 in this fine movie.

Yes, he is and does tailoring for many films/television, etc.
I am disappointed that IMDB has not corrected the above error yet.
