third version

As mentioned elsewhere here, there exist two versions of this film - a B/W one for theatrical release, and a color one for TV, where also the cursing seems to have been subdued. But there is also a third, a color version shown on TV in Europe, where the cursing, believe me, isn't subdued at all! So, again, it seems that in America you can show killing and maiming and what-have-you on TV but sex or cursing is bad for you...

Gentlemen, you can't FIGHT here, this is a War Room!

Yes I believe the third version is the one on VHS. I just got it a couple of days ago. It's still that nasty drab color, of which you can turn all the color down and have it be B&W. It is in 1.85 which is rare for a VHS so I can't complain about that even though it should be in 2.35, but from what i here it's hard to find that anyway. Of course it isn't edited so you get all the Irish cussing you can handle. So if you are out somewhere and you see on VHS don't be afraid to pick it up. Hope that clears it up for the VHS people.
