shareI don't think it's the ending. Maybe the chase could be longer. Laurie chopping off his head was bad ass.
The death toll is also what? 5 deaths? That's underwhelming. I think it's also the shortest Halloween movie: 86 minutes. A reunion like this needs to be 100 minutes.
6 deaths actually, 3 at the beginning, 3 at the end. I totally agree on the length, this should've been 10-15 minutes longer. They could've easily added more dialog scenes.
shareI really wish Donald Pleasance could've lived longer. The original cliffhanger of H6 is fantastic. I prefer Donald Pleasance over Jamie Lee Curtis, as someone who's going against Michael.
In the original H6 ending, Dr. Loomis receives the Thorn tattoo and becomes the occult guardian of Michael Myers. How were they going to follow up on that?? Loomis would've been forced by the Celtic Thorn god to protect and care for Michael, I guess?
