Never cute when you're trying to be cute and adorable. .horrible actor, way over the top, I was hoping they would kill off his character. ..hated that character. .

Me too, it was so heartbreaking when he said "If you want me to hate her, I will" to his mom.

Ben was annoying. He admitted to Jackie that it wasn't Isabel's fault he took off in Central Park. The mother agreed, but what was she doing rewarding Ben for taking off in Central Park on purpose? He would only do something like that again. If I ever took off like that I'd be punished.

I agree. In fact, I have this same conversation with my six-year-old. It doesn't matter how cute you are; if you try to act cute, it will just come across as annoying. He was clearly trying to be adorable and it just didn't work. When he wasn't trying to be cute, like when he was telling Jackie that if she wanted him to hate Isabel he would, he was cute. When he was trying to be cute, though, it was just annoying.
