What language did Hanna speak?

In one scene, Hanna has a telephone conversation in which she says something in her own language (very convincingly, as far as I can tell).

Someone in one of the comments said it was Hungarian. I don't think so. (I've had some Hungarian lessons, though I am not at all proficient.) I thought I read somewhere else that it was Finnish (distantly related to Hungarian, though it's been said that the relationship is like that between English and Farsi (Persian)).

Anyone know?

Hungarian for sure.

The closed captioning would read "speaking Hungarian"

It was definitely Hungarian. I know this for a fact because I grew up with Hungarian-speaking parents. Your Hungarian lessons clearly does not make you an expert; otherwise, you would have easily recognized it. Go find yourself a better Hungarian teacher.

Definitely Hungarian. Poor Hungarian spoken by an Anglo - but Hungarian nonetheless. Good enough for non-Hungarians to not notice nor care.

If you will bother to read my message, you will see that I did not claim to be an expert. My Hungarian teacher was a native speaker, incidentally.

On Netflix it says "Scandinavian"

She said she was Hungarian in the script, so I assumed she was speaking Hungarian.
