Mary Jane Kelly or Ada? (Spoiler)

Why they changed the last victim from the real?
I think it's only an Abberline's illusion, the true last victim was Mary Jane Kelly but he probably wants to think it's another girl.
I think this is the reason because he wouldn't go to find her. He knows she is dead and so he decide to die.
