How does she keep getting work?She was by far the worst thing about this movie. Her accent was way off.

I don't think she finds much work anymore. she sucked at being MJK

IMO she prevented this movie from being Oscar material. I'm so glad she's now doing Lifetime movies where she rightfully belongs.

I seriously think the "Heather Graham ruined this movie" claim is absurd. It was not an Oscar-worthy performance, but she was not terrible by any stretch of the imagination. I also do not think this film was "Oscar material" with or without her. It's a good movie, but it's not a great movie.

It would be better if she wasn't in it, her Irish accent is truly awful.

I wouldn't know, she was *beep* in Friends and is still *beep* likes her.

It would be better if she wasn't in it, her Irish accent is truly awful.

Her character says in the film that she immigrated from Ireland to England when she was a child, so it's more likely she would've had an English accent, which is what she spoke with throughout the film. The real Mary Kelly, according to what documents there are, claimed to have left Ireland as a child as well, and her family settled in Wales.

I live in Ireland and my husband is Irish, I don't know anyone who sounds like that.She shouldn't have been in the film, she was the lowpoint of the film.

My point is that she says in the film that she wasn't brought up in Ireland, which you've apparently missed.

Yes the original Mary Kelly in the Michael Caineversion was amazing and her accent was spot on. Graham is just dreadful

i think it's because of her willingness to disrobe and/or play less glamorous roles

so many movies, so little time
