High Pitched Voices

What's with Seth Green, Jamie Kennedy, Jason Lee, Loren Dean and Will Smith's voices? Those guys, and some others, all seem to be talking in voices that aren't quite their own. Do you think this is a post production thing or did all these guys' voices change since the film was released? Anyhow, it's odd and distracting. Wondered if anyone else noticed. Maybe that's just how people talked in 1998.

They all talked how they usually talk. Will Smith has a particularly deep voice.
