Chris Farley's Last Film

Tell me if I'm wrong, but I thought Chris Farley was absolutely awesome in this movie, though he had a little part. He steals every scene he is in...especially the scene where he's talking about his room mate: "His feet bleed." This is a beautiful movie, with humor that, I agree, is not for everyone.

yes, I mostly think because it's not a big hollywood picture. its a sort of underground toronto thing

correct me if im wrong but i always thought almost heros was farleys last film.

"..good thing too. it was getting a lit-tle ripe!"

reply

I actually think that it was filmed around the same time, not sure, but I know this movie came out later the same year "Almost Heros" did.

Dirty Work was the last movie Farley filmed, but Almost Heroes was the last film to be released.

reply

Yes, this most definitely was his last film. His last starring role was Almost Heroes. I believe he went out with a bang with this one...the Almost Heroes eagle's nest scene was about the only thing worth a darn in that film...

SING THE SONG, BOYS! SING THE SONG, BOYS!

I thought it was funny at the end when Norm is talking to Christopher McDonald.

"Remember when you said this?"
Norm's voice on tape recorder: "Having sex with blow up doll not as good as advertised."
McDonald: "No, I don't."

I know it's not a Farley moment.

"You bit my new nose off!" Ha ha. I found a lot of parts in this movie.

Sorry to correct you, boss, but the quote is '"Rolling Stones 'Street Fightin' Man.' G-SEVEEEEEEEEENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!"'

^Without a doubt one of the funniest moments in cinema history. "You just hit G-8."

It could have been worse, I could have gotten my nose bit off by a Siagon whore.

I agree that he made this film more enjoyable.. and he did steal every scene he was in. BUT

he looked awful in this movie. Compare his size in this and then in Tommy Boy. He was huge in this one..

reply

Yeah, I was surprised and happy to see Chris Farley in this movie. His part was very funny.
