if my 3 year old sister wandered away or went off with someone when she was standing with me I would have screamed bloody murder.
shareI agree. I'm the oldest sister in my family and I was use to holding the hand of a little sister. Even at age 5 and she was 2. If she let go or wandered off I'd yell mainly because I'd get in trouble.

Similar story where a big brother was watching his little sister. He admits to being sick of her and pushes her saying “Get lost.” He carries the guilty for many years. He didn’t mean for his sister to get lost. As a big sister I can relate but I would hope I would have screamed if my little sister wandered off.
