haha, the wiki summary

Meet the Deedles is a 1998 American live-action Disney comedy film directed by Steve Boyum and starring Paul Walker and Steve Van Wormer. It was the first theatrically-released film to be produced by DiC Entertainment since 1986 (after Heathcliff: The Movie).

Meet the Deedles follows the story of two mentally challenged brothers who smoke marijuana and surf, while Stew is a closet homosexual who wears lipstick and likes rainbows, Phil does nothing but unsucessfully try to score with hot young women and buy pot for him and his brother. The duos father describes them to his office co-workers as his two idiot surfer bum sons. At the start of the film the two are expelled from their high school after skipping every day of school for almost two weeks to surf and smoke marijuana. Hoping to straighten them out, their father sends them to Wyoming to be brainwashed at a behavior modification facility for rebellious rich white males who show independences towards their tightass fathers. Once in Wyoming, the two escape the bus and run into the woods to hide and while there go into Yellowstone Park (which the brothers mistake for Jellystone Park) to smoke marijuana and are mistaken for park rangers and are thus hired by Yellowstone National Park to rid the park of a prairie dog infestation which happens to be linked to a strange conspiracy involving a deranged former park ranger revealed to be Ted Bundy, who's execution was faked and has been laying low for almost a decade.

Reviews for the film were almost unanimously negative, claiming the film was nothing more than a retarded duo adventure story in the vain of films such as Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure and Dumb & Dumber. Areas of the film that drew the most criticism were its depiction of homosexuals and the mentally retarded, overuse of surfer slang and marijuana, ludicrous plot revolving around Ted Bundy's execution being faked, and questionable morals.

Although the film is occasionally aired on The Disney Channel, it has only seen a limited release on VHS. The film was released on DVD only in Europe, in the PAL/Region 2 format.

Did that guy actually turn out to be Ted Bundy? I haven't seen the movie since it was in theatres and I was 7 or 8.
