What a Great Movie

I recently started to Tivo movies with Vince Vaughn, and I was blown away by this film. What a great movie! I will watch again with my wife. I thought the music was perfect, and the pacing of the film was very nice. The cast was terrific, and Vince Vaughn was incredible. Whoever cast and directed that kid in the film was genius. Did I say I liked this film? I wish more movies were like this- thanks, AMC.

ICAM regarding this film...thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish...I couldn't believe how good Vince Vaughn was. Great performance that was a great anchor for a lovely little film that I could definitely watch several more times.

i completely agree. this movie blew me away. vince vaughn was so convincing and the way he looked at his son, so full of love. that was very emotional. one of my all-time favourite movies.

Vince Vaughn is my favorite actor and this movie is a large part of that reason. This was one of the best little-known movies I've ever seen (and maybe in my top 10 or 15 period). For those that say he is one-dimensional, they need to look at this film.

I've been recording movies recently due to the writers strike. I had never heard of this movie and was pleasantly surprised. Too bad it didn't go anywhere. It was very enjoyable and I would highly recommend it. Vince Vaughn is terrific.

Vince VAUGHN is VERY BELIEVABLE ...so is the kid...he really captured "being a kid"

I liked this film as well. Also, I so didn't know that they filmed it in Whitby, I live almost close to there omg this is amazing and Vince Vaughn is my FAVORITE actor of all time.

I got this movie from my library because I read on the message board for "Return to Paradise" that this was also one of Vince Vaughn's best movies. I'm very disappointed. Vince Vaughn did some pretty good acting in his early career, but not in this movie as far as I'm concerned. The movie came off like a soap opera to me. The dialog throughout seemed very stilted and weak. Didn't care for a single character in the movie. Tried too hard with the cute kid stuff. I think it was a poor choice for Vaughn, but some people seem to love it. I just don't know why.
