Chloe's mother and Olga - were they supposed to be the same woman?

I noticed they were played by the same actress, Maia Lien. Maybe they were just saving money on cast expenses, but, I couldn't help but notice in the final scenes when Stefano was at the mini-mart where he filled up with gas, that the classy woman who left the black car (Chloe's mother) gave him some odd eye contact - once near the gas pumps on her way into the store, then again in the store at the cash register as she and her husband were getting ready to leave.

So, taking these "knowing glances" into account, I was wondering if that woman was supposed to be the same woman that Claudine earlier in the story had introduced to Stefano as Olga. Or maybe the classy woman was just eyeing Stefano for other reasons??
