a different sort of question

would really appreciate it if someone responded here or sent me an email at [email protected] and let me know ur take on it.

The attorney William Cheeseman (Bruce Norris) argues: "If I took a hundred pennies and threw them up in the air, about half of them would land head, and the other half tails, right? Now If i looked around closely, I'd probably find some heads grouped together in a cluster." What do you think of this arguement?

Thank you!

It's a pathetic attempt at trying to make them believe that it is a coincidence, rather than negligence. Of course that would be their argument. It is a coincidence that all these people are dieing- certainly nothing to do with our company.
