agreed. ive always found temple to be unwatchable. idk why. to me Indiana is fighting nazis around the globe investigating for christian relics.

not stuck in one temple fighting one guy who does magic voodoo stuff.

Temple was my favorite Indy movie when I was a little kid but now as an adult I never watch it. It's actually been decades since I last saw it.

Last Crusade though was just a little while back.

I remember being mad hyped when this came out, thinking this movie would kick off a resurgence of the adventure film. Instead, it was actually the dying gasp of the old adventure film era.

That's true, it's also one the best remakes to be done in a modern fashion from that time. They nailed the Indiana Jones adventure formula perfectly and surprisingly managed to make a decent sequel.

reply

IT IS PRETTY DAMN GOOD...IT BEING A REMAKE IS HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE THOUGH.

reply

It's based on the 1932 Boris Karloff film but changes many aspects which makes it a good remake/re-imagined film.
