Some of the songs like the Cowboy Junkies version of Sweet Jane can be found on individual CD's. But I was trying to find the song "Love Anyone You Want" by Barcode and couldn't find it anywhere on the Internet. I am going to try some independent record stores, but I'm not optimistic. Does anyone know that band?
The cool Jazz stuff is obviously Django Rheinhard, but the really cool song is performed by Portishead and titled "Give me a reason to love you."

I really tried to find the song by Barcode to no avail ....I think it may have played in the film for only a few seconds...
For example the song on the soundtrack "De Camptown Races" is what the kid is playing on the trumpet at the start.
I have about nine of the songs but can't think of a good way to share them...
The song that I thought was credited to a band called Barcode, with the lines "give me a reason to love you," is indeed recorded by Portishead. I bought a single them called "Glory Box" and that was it. That song is on several Portishead recordings including a live one. At least it was the song I was looking for!
But now I'm trying to remember the Barcode song and I'm wondering which one it was... I keep thinking they were the same... At first I thought Portishead sampled part of the Barcode song and that is why it was credited, but both are listed on IMDB so I'm sure they are two distinct songs.
