I would appreciate some assistance......... .
I think over the past 3 or 4 days I have learned more about this movie (All the Winters That Have Been), Richard Chamberlain, Karen Allen, the teleplay (Vivienne Radkoff), the writing credits and the author of the book which was published in 1995.
You see.......I have a small problem. My mother called me (long distance) the other day and we were talking about movies when she said that "All the Winters That Have Been" was recommended to her to watch. Her friend raved and raved about the movie and told my mom it is a "must see"! In her excitement she didn't think to ask any specifics about the film and I didn't think to ask her either. She said that she had not had any luck locating the VHS or DVD to purchase or rent. Well.....being the daughter I am (you know the kind that has an answer for everything, can solve any problem in a snap while splitting the atom), I told her not to worry because I would find it for her and purchase it and mail it to her right away. Little did I know that the movie was a "made for TV" movie and has aired on Hallmark, Lifetime and Terrestrial UK station in 1997! It was not put on VHS or DVD and is not for sale! Just my luck!!
I have searched high and low to find out when it will air as a re-run on TV in the US and on what station or possibly find someone that has a copy for sale. If you could help me with this "small" problem I would be very grateful and compensate you for your time and efforts. I'm afraid if I don't locate a copy of this movie before long, I will be deleted from my mother's will (lol)! I too have not seen the film and after all the research I have completed, I am very anxious to view it as well.
Thank you in advance for your help,
Janet Poole
