What does everyone think of new Brian? I think he's just awful, he nearly ruins it. He's not as bright and bubbly as old Brian, and even though the actor is only 2 years older, he looks so much more old than the other one. I wonder why he got cast, he had to have known someone.

For ne it was the fact that unlike the original actor, he didn't look like he fit the period.
The original actor looked to me like he fit the 70's.
