a DVD box set came out a few years ago with the complete series on it.
You might be able to find that on Amazon or used on Ebay.

I realize you asked this a LOOONNNGGG time ago, but in case you never did find it, both Hulu Plus and Netflix have Conan The Adventurer streaming in their collection. Netflix may even have the discs available.

IMDB also has the episodes available through Hulu though I wouldn't bother watching. If you're a fan of Robert E. Howard's Conan, you'll be outraged at the sheer idiocy and disrespect shown towards the character. Fans of the Arnold movies will probably hate it as well(features none of the epic brutality of the Milius film and even that was never the most faithful of adaptations). This might serve if you're looking for a third-rate Hercules/Xena variant.

A quick heads-up for those watching the show via the above posted Conan YouTube channel however: they have the episodes numbered in the wrong order. For instance, they have "The Curse of Afka" listed as Ep 15 when in fact it's Ep 9, as listed here. So if you simply watch them back-to-back on that channel they'll be out of sequence. You may want to bear that in mind and cross-reference the episode numbers against the titles back to here when choosing which episode to watch next.
