Good movie but Indian version of 'The Secret of My Success'

I was watching The Secret of My Success and it rang a bell! YES BOSS is the Indian version of that, or loosely based!

I would say very loosely based because the differences are far more significant.

Naah, it's loosely based on "For Love or Money" which is also a Michael J Fox movie, like TSOMS.
