Is this movie fast-paced?

I love Run Lola Run and Hope. Perfume was great, but slower, and I was still expecting another lightning-fast film out of Heaven. It was a good film, but I was ready for something fast. So does this movie have the same jump cuts, pulsing soundtrack, and cool angles as Run Lola Run?
